For companies & corporate teams

Company documents, current everywhere they’re shared.

HR, marketing and operations already keep handbooks, policies and brand files in Dropbox or OneDrive. Show them to employees on your intranet or staff page — and when one website isn’t enough, show the same folder on each of your sites, so updating one file updates them all.

FolderBloom shows a Dropbox or OneDrive folder on your website and keeps it up to date. Your files stay in your own storage.

Why it fits

What makes it work for you

Staff-only documents

Private client folders let invited employees sign in with a link sent to their email; or protect a folder with a shared password.

One folder, every website

Connect the same folder to each of your websites — corporate, regional, careers, partner portal. Update a file once; they all follow. Or build a collection that combines files from several departments’ folders without copying them.

Links that never break

Share a policy or data sheet link in emails, the LMS or printed QR codes; it keeps opening the latest version.

Change alerts

Employees or partners can ask to be emailed when documents are added or updated — confirmed opt-in, one-click unsubscribe.

See what’s being read

Download analytics show which policies, data sheets and kits people actually open.

Directories and price lists as tables

Show a spreadsheet as a searchable table, and hide columns — like personal phone numbers — that shouldn’t be shown.

Recommended package

Files

Documents and policies need only the file library. Each website has its own plan, and every one of them can show the same folder; add a gallery package for photo libraries.

Files covers file lists, document previews, spreadsheet tables, menus, passwords and private client folders. Photo galleries, slideshows and before & after sliders need a gallery package; visitors downloading full-size photos needs Plus or Pro.

Good to know

Staff sign in to private client folders with a link sent to their email; FolderBloom doesn’t connect to single sign-on (SSO) or your company directory.

FolderBloom shows only the folder you choose, and can only read it — keep confidential files in folders you don’t publish.

Questions

FolderBloom for companies & corporate teams: FAQ

Can we show the same documents on several websites?

Yes. Connect the same Dropbox or OneDrive folder to each website in FolderBloom; when you replace a file in the folder, every website shows the new version. Each website has its own plan.

Can only employees see some documents?

Yes — use private client folders, where people you invite sign in with a link sent to their email, or protect a folder with a password. Single sign-on (SSO) isn’t supported.

Who can manage it?

Invite colleagues to your FolderBloom workspace as Admins, Editors or Viewers. Only the owner can delete a website or change people’s roles.
