For web designers & agencies

Give every client a file library they can update themselves.

Stop fielding “can you swap this PDF?” requests. Point a page at a folder in your client's Dropbox or OneDrive and they update it by saving files — no logins, no CMS training.

Three ways web designers & agencies use FolderBloom

01

Resources pages clients maintain

Your client keeps menus, brochures and forms in a shared folder. When they replace a file, the page updates — and the old link keeps working.

Your folder
  • Client's Dropbox / Website Downloads
  • Brochure 2026.pdf
  • Menu - Dinner.pdf
  • Menu - Brunch.pdf
  • Forms / Catering Request.pdf
On your websiteCards or file table
  • Styled to the client's brand in the embed designer
  • Search, sorting and file-type filter
  • Stable links survive every update
02

Every client site, one account

Add a site per client domain and switch between them from one dashboard. Each site has its own license, libraries, embeds and analytics.

Your folder
  • Your FolderBloom workspace
  • bakery-client.com
  • lawfirm-client.com
  • studio-client.com
  • + staging origins
On your websiteSite switcher
  • $60/year per client domain
  • Invite your team as admins or editors
  • Clients never need a FolderBloom login
03

Any platform, one line of code

Paste one script tag into WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify or hand-coded sites. The library runs in an isolated frame, so it can't break your theme.

Your folder
  • WordPress
  • [folderbloom id="fb_…"]
  • Webflow / Squarespace / Wix
  • <script src=… data-embed-id=…>
On your websiteAny layout
  • WordPress plugin with a shortcode
  • Works on your staging origin before launch
  • Theme tokens: colours, radius, density, font

Good to know

Your team members see every site in your workspace, so invite colleagues — clients update files in their own Dropbox or OneDrive instead.

Questions

FolderBloom for web designers & agencies: FAQ

Whose Dropbox does it connect to?

Whichever you choose per site — usually the client's own account, connected once with read-only access.

What if a client changes domain?

Request a domain change in Site & license and verify the new domain; the license moves over without breaking the embed.

Can I charge clients for it?

Yes — the license is simply part of your costs for that site. Most agencies roll it into hosting or a care plan.
