For HOAs & community associations

Your community’s documents — always the current version.

Board members and your management company already keep the CC&Rs, minutes and forms in Dropbox or OneDrive. Publish that folder on your community website so residents always find the latest version, and keep owner-only documents behind a password.

FolderBloom shows a Dropbox or OneDrive folder on your website and keeps it up to date. Your files stay in your own storage.

How you'd use it

Three ways HOAs & community associations use FolderBloom

01

Why it fits

What makes it work for you

Owner-only documents

Put minutes, budgets and financials in a password-protected folder — or use private client folders, where each owner signs in with a link sent to their email.

Easy board handovers

When the board or management company changes, give the new people access to the folder or the FolderBloom workspace — the website keeps working.

QR codes for the mailroom and pool gate

Print a QR code for the pool rules or a request form; it keeps opening the latest version after you update the file. A “Latest minutes” button can always open the newest minutes in the folder, so the link on the website never needs changing.

Update alerts for residents

Residents can ask to be emailed when new minutes or notices are posted — confirmed opt-in, one-click unsubscribe.

Fee schedules and contacts as tables

Show a spreadsheet of fees, vendors or committee contacts as a searchable table — and hide columns you don’t want public.

Community photos

Share pictures from the pool opening or holiday party in a gallery, with a password if you’d like to keep them for residents.

Recommended package

Files

Governing documents, minutes and forms need only the file library. Add a gallery package for community photos.

Files covers file lists, document previews, spreadsheet tables, menus, passwords and private client folders. Photo galleries, slideshows and before & after sliders need a gallery package; visitors downloading full-size photos needs Plus or Pro.

Good to know

Keep personal information — owners’ account balances, violation letters, phone numbers — out of public folders. Use a password-protected folder or private client folders, and hide spreadsheet columns that shouldn’t be shown.

Your governing documents or state law may say which records owners can see and how; FolderBloom makes sharing them easier but doesn’t decide that — check with your manager or attorney.

Questions

FolderBloom for HOAs & community associations: FAQ

Can some documents be for homeowners only?

Yes. Use a password-protected folder and share the password with owners, or use private client folders, where each owner signs in with a link sent to their email address.

Who updates it — the board or our management company?

Anyone with access to the shared Dropbox or OneDrive folder. In FolderBloom, invite your manager or board members to the workspace as Admins; only the owner can delete the website or change people’s roles.

Does it cost more for a large community?

No — it’s $60 a year per website, with no per-resident or per-download charges. Gallery packages are optional.
